Recently I've found myself working for a few charities and not-for-profits. It's challenged me to rethink how the fundamentals of marketing apply when you aren't actually selling anything.
Does the "Buying Process" apply when people aren't "buying"?
Does the "Sales Funnel" model work when you aren't "selling"?
