"Ros has helped our business grow more than we ever imagined. She helps us to think differently about our marketing approaches, evaluate decisions properly and put together and test a plan that not only delivers results but also saves us money by preventing us from making expensive misjudgements around marketing. At first we weren't sure what we'd get out of using a marketing consultant as we both have marketing backgrounds but Ros has saved us time, money and our sanity!"

How to create your marketing plan
As a small business, the most efficient and cost-effective way for you to create your marketing toolkit is to:
I'll work with you in a coaching and mentoring capacity, providing an expert perspective while supporting and energising your team. In some cases, we can implement big changes. Other times, we look for many marginal – but meaningful – gains. Then we test, measure and continually improve.
This collaborative and eminently practical approach is different from the service many marketing consultants offer to bigger businesses. It doesn’t rely on months of research; nor does it use a templated structure. It’s a lean, systematic approach which removes any guesswork and empowers you to make the best marketing decisions.
It starts with a strategy session.
- Review your current processes and how the moving parts of your business fit together
- Lay out some assumptions about your products, clients and market
- Start making decisions.

What happens after we have a plan?
Most of my clients work towards a 90-day marketing action plan and a rolling 90-day marketing activity plan. Once we have this plan in place, I will support you through the implementation. It might include creating content, rebranding, changing your website, setting up new processes and systems, recruiting team members or bringing in agencies etc. and I will be on your team throughout.
At the end of the 90-days, it's time to reassess. We step back, look at what you now have in place, check your strategy and your numbers, and set new priorities for the next quarter. I call it "Slow Down to Speed Up".

"Ros has been excellent to work with because she knows what she’s talking about. She doesn’t let anyone settle too much. She’s always pushing us to keep improving. It is not comfortable but it was necessary and it’s worked really well."

Free Guide: "Customer persona checklist"I often find businesses think they know who their ideal buyer is, but when we start to drill down and talk about out exactly the kind of people we want to target, we discover that there are a lot of unanswered questions.
