When is it? Do I have to do it all in one day?

The workshop is entirely self-guided so you can complete it whenever is convenient for you. I've designed this workshop to be completed in under a day (I'd allow 3-5 hours plus breaks). Of course, if you prefer you can spread it over a few days. Once registered, you have access to the materials forever. This means you can come back and update your strategy in a few weeks or months as your business grows.

The workshop includes all the instruction videos and workbooks you'll need to create your marketing strategy and one-page plan.

What's the best way of using it?

​Some people like to set aside a day and work through it all in one sitting. Other people spend 30mins a day for 2 weeks, or a couple of hours every week for a month - whatever they can fit in.

If you've never done much strategic work before, think of it as a muscle you need to build up. Start slowly and gently and keep working at it. You might find it useful to watch all the videos straight through without doing the exercises (about 1hr 10mins) before taking a few days (or a weekend) off. Then watch them again doing the exercises at the same time. This gives your brain time to mull it over and come up with some of the answers by itself before you put pen to paper.

However you do it, remember your marketing strategy is never "finished". You have these tools forever so keep using them. Block out some time every quarter or so and go through the whole thing again. Review everything you've written, add in anything you've learnt about your audience or your proposition or your buyer journey since last time, and adjust your strategy and plan accordingly. This way you'll optimise your strategy and your marketing will be as effective as possible.
