Once a quarter you'll take a half day out of your business and together we will create your 90-day marketing plan. This plan will be tailored to your business and will be based on a strategy that will achieve your goals. During the course of each session we'll review your marketing strategy and tactics, look at what has been working and what hasn't, and put together a plan for the next 90-days.

In this quarterly half-day review meeting, we will follow my structured process in which we will…
- Review your current marketing activities and discuss your marketing objectives, your target customers/market and your proposition.
- Set your marketing strategy (or check your existing strategy is still appropriate).
- Identify the marketing activities that will make the biggest difference to your business, in line with your strategy.
- Prioritise your marketing activities so that you know where to focus your resources and what can safely be parked for now.
- Plan measurements so you know whether these activities are working and are achieving your objectives.
- Create a 90-day marketing plan for you to take away and implement

Since strategy is always important but rarely urgent, I recommend clients commit to regular quarterly strategy sessions to make sure their 90-day planning is prioritised.
A 3hr workshop (or 3x 1hr online sessions) + a 30-minute "momentum" call during the implementation of your 90-day plan: £695 one-off payment. I can also offer payment in 2 instalments via GoCardless direct debit. This package also includes access to the Kickstart Your Marketing online workshop

Am I eligible for the programme?
This programme is designed for business owners who already have a baseline marketing strategy in place, or they have a simple business structure with only one core market. If you're new to marketing strategy and serious about building your business, you may want to take my Marketing Machine Programme first. By the end of this course you'll have a marketing strategy in place and you'll have created your first 90-day plan.

How long does the programme run for?
The programme is open-ended so it can roll on from one quarter to the next. Typically, one of two things happen.
1. Having worked with me for a period of time, a business owner will get to the stage where they are confident in creating their own plan and no longer need the sessions. At the end of a 3-month cycle they will pause or end the programme and then bring me in for a Strategic Sounding Board session when they need a steer.
2. The rolling 90-day planning programme has enabled the business to grow to a level where they need to outsource more of their marketing execution and management. At that point we'll have a conversation about what support they need and I'll propose a retainer arrangement where my team and I take on more of the marketing "doing" to free up the business owner's time.
